Abstract

This work is subject to recreational pedagogy and its application in the classroom as a tool able to assist in maintaining the attention of the learner in the contents that the educator seeks to convey. Recalling that the play activity is quite old and governed by rules, which has great influence on the development is understood as a right, and that has long been used in education. In schools, the play is presented as a tool that assists in the educational process and the overall development of the child , and make learning more enjoyable and attractive , that when used properly by trained educators, who know their learners. The recreational pedagogy, in turn, is presented as a method that seeks to make the process of teaching creative, relaxed and enjoyable, making use of games, play and dynamic. The method in question influences the development, including the development of attention and concentration. It is important to note that even with the emergence and maintenance of voluntary attention, attention involuntary never cease to exist. This is a purely bibliographic study and therefore constitute a space for reflection on the most improved recreational pedagogy while pedagogical option to improve classroom learning.
