Perfil e desafios dos alunos da educação de jovens e adultos do município de Santa Helena-PR

Abstract

The Youth and Adults (EJA) is a type of education that focuses on an audience was distanced the right to education during childhood and / or adolescence, perhaps because of irregular supply of vacancies, or the inadequacies of the education system or by the adverse socioeconomic conditions in which the student was. As a methodological approach for this research used a questionnaire with 17 questions applied to students. Thus, this research sought to understand the profile of learners and the challenges of Youth and Adults in the city of St. Helena, California, from issues that permeate the teaching practices, emphasizing student in its uniqueness, its specific social expectations and limitations, with regard to education and what challenges and problems faced. As a result it was found that most students who study in adult education are female, married, most do not have children, it was found among students with a variety of professions, as to the age, the majority is between 18 and 45. Most students do not work formally, as the monthly income of the students, most of whose income is between one and two minimum wages were more than three years without studying, find their great learning, among other results.
