A comunicação organizacional no processo de gestão escolar

Abstract

This research had the purpose to understand how the organizational communication occurs inside the school environment, intending to check its deficiencies and get possible solutions, taking in account the management school’s success. Therefore, it was considered that there are many problems faced by schools managers, with regard to communication. This research had bibliographic character and survey data with descriptive character, since it was proposed to find out what happens on the analyzed environment and how often. Thus, it was used a qualitative approach with semi-structured interview, from which the collected data contributed to the context of this study. The social actors involved were 8 students, 8 teachers and the members from the Direction of a public school located in the city of Cascavel-PR. There are several information circulating all the time at the school environment and, often, by poor communication it is generated conflicting interpretations and/or the lack of knowledge by all it may concern as to certain information and the consequences are great, from unfounded gossip until the financial losses and even jeopardizing the success of learning and teaching, the school biggest aim.
