A arte de ensinar jovens e adultos no modelo andragógico

Abstract

This monographic work treats about the Trial of teaching- learning of youngs and adults and, it has as general objective to show reflection about the andragogia, aiming to contribute for the adults teaching, respecting and taking advantage of the previous knowledge adquired during all life of the person, in order to give value to the learning, changing the learner from object to subject of the education, justifying itself by necessity of bringing to the surface, new arguments about the education, into the andragogic beginnings. There is the necessity in break down the paradigms which exists and is rooted in the education, like if everyone, child and adults could learn as the same way. The teacher must learn that the adults prefer that the teacher help them to understand the practical importance of the subject to be studied, they prefer to try the sensation of that each knowledge will do difference in their lives. It´s so important to emphasize the andragogic model in the universities and institutions of teaching for the greater educational efficiency.
