Desafios de implementação do G Suite for Education numa escola particular

Abstract

There are many tactics to be used in education by Teachers, but what happens when it is implemented new tools, from G Suite for Education, to assist these professionals in their classes, in their organization, in their work and after a year the return of it use by their parts is minimum, and in a few cases without any access? This is the question surrounding this study. Study that intends, with the help of qualitative collections, elaborate better ways to improve the interaction and the use of it among teachers, coordinators and administrative workers, from a private school in Florianópolis, where its guiding axis of the works in the institution is “Collective practices". The issues occur by using some of the implemented tools, so that the responsible for the gathering can receive the material, analyze and plan approaching strategies, practice analysis among coworkers and the tools, performing together with the teachers their answers, the class structuring, the differentiated activities, meeting the needs that arise with the research. The theoretical and bibliographic reference about the theme of this work was not specifically found, which reinforces even more this research’s importance, because there can be, or there will be other institutions with the same difficulty. With the objective of assisting in the production of questionings, there was an experience comparison with another school, in the same city, the same having success stories.
