Algumas reflexões sobre a gestão de entidades sindicais patronais

Abstract

This paper aims to present some of the difficulties faced by unions in the exercise of its function of representing the interests of the business class. In daily life, you realize that when you mention union, mostly concerns the labor union or employees, thus making the company union almost unknown to most authority. However, these entities play a major role that goes beyond the negotiation of wage increases and working conditions. These entities face major problems and management difficulties that compromise their ability to act. Adapting to the new reality and a new way of acting of these requires a shift towards qualification and management improvement. But among the many factors that hinder their activity, are those related to the Brazilian legislation, regardless of the sphere, directly or indirectly interfere in the work of these representative institutions. This study aims to present the structure of the employer's trade union system and some situations where the employer association faces problems caused by the legislation , which often fails to consider aspects directly related to them , too confusing him with labor organizations or difficult to obtain necessary to maintain the continuity and financial resources. Moreover, it presents some of the actions taken by the group of entities that make up the system , to ensure that change in order to reach a new level of quality in its management and consequently on their representativeness and importance to society.
