Estrutura para gestão de sobressalentes de manutenção em uma empresa de pequeno porte

Abstract

The competitiveness of markets has been forced companies to modernize themselves. Among these actions are inventory reduction, delivery of products on time and reduce production costs. The maintenance is entered directly in this context and is of fundamental importance in this process of change. This work was performed in the maintenance department at a small plant located in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba city and that stayed about eight months without maintenance manager. The problems presented in these equipments during this period were not solved in their roots causes and the equipments were quite scrapped. To complicate matters, the stock of spare parts were disorganized and without a sufficient number of spare parts to attend the needs of the plant. This work presents a descriptive research aimed at increasing the performance of the maintenance department. Upon completed survey were implemented improvements in these equipments, made the organization of maintenance sector, changed layout of maintenance room, buying the new spare parts, preparation of spreadsheet list to management of spare parts, setting up procedures to maintenance team, work order improvements and creation of the new TAG to maintenance spare parts.
