Avaliação do desempenho da gestão de ativos após a suspensão do programa de manutenção autonôma em uma indústria de cartões de PVC

Abstract

The search for continuous improvement of management requires that the internal and external processes from the companies are managed under an approach to vision and current values. Companies are realizing that success and business excellence are based on the creation of values that are effective in terms of initiatives, decisions, actions and above all, commitment, and are increasingly investing in programs, projects and strategies to increase their actual market competitiveness. The actual work presents data obtained after the suspension of an independent maintenance program in a PVC card industry in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. The study verifies and analyzes the results achieved by changing the modeling of asset management, the new context of maintenance management in the company studied. Although this program is widespread throughout the company, analysis of this work will focus on only the evolution of the new management process in the production cell No. 3 from Embedding sector in the period from January to July 2012. For the preparation of this work were used in addition to the information in the literature review, data collected through case study analyzed.
