Abstract

The present study is to raise the problems found in a factory wood flooring. Making use of quality tools such as brainstorming and cause and effect diagram, it was possible to capture and sort the problems in an organized manner. After this survey, proposed solutions have been trying to show the ideal, more viable and more economical to solve or mitigate the problemas.Com the changes proposed by staff, the company will be able to be more competitive in the market it serves, therefore, can produce more employees with less effort, increasing the use of raw material by the insertion of the classifiers along the production line, keeping the employees in certain fixed positions, preventing movement of the same and consequently yield losses.
