| Resumo: | Este trabalho é pautado sobre o embate que se desenvolve diante das consequências proporcionadas pelo usuário em um ambiente edificado com certificação LEED, com o entendimento de que os usuários sob o senso comum e hábitos não sustentáveis, contribuem para que o edifício não atinja a máxima capacidade sustentável. Desta forma, tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre o usuário e a edificação sustentável com certificação LEED. A partir de uma metodologia de pesquisa, os usuários respondem questionários sobre conhecimentos adquiridos na área sustentável da construção civil e também a respeito de conhecimentos do cotidiano. Foram respondidos cento e setenta e oito questionários, dos quais vinte e seis são usuários com conhecimento na área civil sustentável, enquanto cento e cinquenta e dois são usuários leigos, sem conhecimento na área civil. Os resultados revelados descrevem o entendimento do usuário sobre sustentabilidade, economia da edificação, dentre muitos outros valores necessários aos que habitam edifícios sustentáveis. |
| Abstract: | The article is based on the clash which develops in the face of the consequences of the user in a LEED-certified environment, with the understanding that users under common sense and negative habits contribute to the building not achieving its maximum sustainable capacity . Thus, it aims to guide the relation between the user and a the sustainable LEED certified building. From a research methodology, the users answer questionnaires about the knowledge acquired in the sustainable area of building industry and also in regards to everyday’s knowledge. One hundred and seventy-eight questionnaires were answered, of which twentysix are users with knowledge in the sustainable building industry, while one hundred and fifty-two are lay users, with no knowledge in the building industry. The revealed results describe users with little understanding about sustainability, building economics, among many other values needed by those who live in sustainable buildings. |
