Elaboração de treinamento de prevenção e noção de combate à incêndio para crianças com simulado de evacuação

Abstract

In the case of fires, the knowledge of the Brazilian population, in general, is not ideal. The fact that the subject is not addressed in schools, in a mandatory way, can be seen as the main cause, and possibly as a consequence, tragedies that could once be avoided. The main objective of this work is to pass precisely the knowledge base on fire, fire and evacuation procedures to children who attend environments where the workers of this will be responsible, in order to ensure that, at least, arouse interest on the subject, and Possibly in the face of an emergency, to know how to behave, to recognize an environment with risks, to follow orders and, in the not too distant future, to apply knowledge in their own work environment. Through questionnaires, it was possible to evaluate the students' prior knowledge and perception of the space they attend, and during the training, the children showed interest in the subject matter. The evacuation occurred without major problems, being used the discipline of a training of martial arts to guarantee the success of the fire drill.
