Aplicação da NR-33: segurança e saúde no trabalho em espaços confinados - silos graneleiros

Abstract

The world and national statistics on misfortunes, highlighting the deaths, are alarming, affecting the workers to material, human and moral damages. The Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil (CRFB), the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) and the Regulatory Norms (NR), among other state regulations, provide regulations on the legal protection of workers' health. In many cases, federation entities have precarious infrastructure for preventive oversight, most companies relegate prevention to the background, and labor unions in most of the negotiations favor economic and social clauses, with a supplementary plan for occupational health. The NR have normative items of Collective Bargaining (NCT), leaving for employers and workers the extension of the legal protection of workers' health, allowing a more planned and efficient action in companies. Thus, the main purpose of NR 33 is to enable the employee to have full safety in cases of work carried out in a confined space. The objective of this study is to analyze technical visits through the silo, checking whether they meet the requirements of the Regulatory Standards NR-33 to preserve the health and physical integrity of workers. After analysis and verification of bin , it is concluded that Norm was answered by the manufacturer of agricultural equipment and the storage unit, however, is necessary to promote constant training to workers to raise awareness about the importance of proper use of equipment Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protection Equipment (CPE), in addition to training workers who are involved in the area of risk of fires and dust explosions.
