Análise das condições de painéis elétricos em relação a norma regulamentadora NR-10 em uma cervejaria

Abstract

This work was a study that identified non-compliances and proposed actions for adaptation to standard number of Regulatory 10 (NR-10) of electrical installations, working conditions and work procedures of a brewing industry, specifically in the area of fermentation, centrifugation and maturation of beer. It is known that the accident rate, including fatal, in the electricity sector is still very high. To adapt to this Norm means preserving the health and safety of workers, ensuring that the minimum requirements for implementation of control measures for risks of electricity are met. Based on the main items of the NR-10, a study was done working conditions, tools, irregularities of the electrical panels, individual and collective equipment used. It was noticed that most of the studied items were not according to the standard and some in partial service. The non-conformities were found: technical electricians untrained, inadequate tools, incomplete work procedures, and single-line and functional diagram outdated, and EPI's and EPC's in disrepair. Adjustments were suggested for all non-conforming items in order to ensure the execution of securely activities.
