Aplicação da norma de segurança NR-18 com relação aos andaimes em obras da construção civil

Abstract

Scaffolding ancillary structures are of fundamental importance in the activities carried out in the construction works, being used at various stages of the work. As well as all activity, that held under these structures, should follow the norms established by the responsible authority to ensure the safety of the worker in the exercise of their profession. The aim of this work is to raise, through hard data, the conditions of use and safety of workers in carrying out their activities in medium-sized works in the city of Curitiba, on the basis of technical visits and on the result of data obtained through the application of check list, with item 15 of the attend NR18 and identification of the profile questionnaire. As a result of these visits to the works it was possible to notice that most of the buildings are in a bad situation and with large percentage of non-conformity and items accepted with restriction when compared the conformities found. We conclude that based on rapid and easy to apply many risks and potential accidents could be avoided by ensuring greater worker safety in the exercise of their activity.
