Análise dos procedimentos, equipamentos e medidas de segurança na manutenção de redes de distribuição em uma companhia de eletricidade

Abstract

This study originated in concern with accidents in electricity services involving workers of maintenance teams lines and distribution networks of electricity in Curitiba. The aim of this study is to evaluate the procedures, equipment and safety measures in maintaining lines and distribution network of electric power in the city of Curitiba, from the monitoring of the implementation of the activities performed by the maintenance crews of the electric utility as of Curitiba instrument case study. Looking to support the analyzes were presented guidelines NR-10, and the guidelines of safety standards developed by the company itself. For the case study were accompanied by maintenance personnel in performing their duties, observing five factors critical to electrical safety: work procedures, collective protection measures adopted, the instruments and tools used in addition to the Personal Protective Equipment and Collective Protection Equipment. From the analysis sought to raise compliance and non-compliance of the activities performed by the maintenance crews of distribution of electricity in the city of Curitiba, and propose security-related improvements in the performance of similar activities of maintenance crews. After evaluating the procedures for performing the tasks of maintenance teams of the distribution network of the city of Curitiba, it was found that all professionals are aware of the risks involved in performing the tasks and the importance of strictly following the safety standards, as well as, to use all EPIs and EPCs. Conclude whether it be their own teams or contracted company takes actions to ensure compliance with the NR-10. Recommend to the company assessed, review the contents of the training and procedures, especially how to behavioral aspects. Also, recommend to intensify the inspection routines and supervision of field work in order to ensure compliance with standard procedures, as well as the health and safety of workers.
