Segurança do trabalho e comissionamento de cabos elétricos de média tensão em uma instalação industrial

Abstract

The present study arose from the need of avoiding workplace accidents in electricity services involving the activity of commissioning of medium voltage electrical cables in an industry. The aim of this study is to analyze the procedures and safety measures of testing commissioning of medium voltage electrical cables, leaving the monitoring of the implementation of such activity in the industry as an instrument chosen case study. Seeking to complement the analyzes were presented guidelines NR-10, for services in electricity, in combination with consultations with security procedures developed by the service provider and its operating procedures of tests, which performed the activity. For the case study verified the activity of commissioning of medium voltage electrical cables for the start up of medium voltage circuit C-116 panel plant A35 CCM industry pulp and paper sector case study involving test of Megger and Hipot and observing fundamental factors for electrical safety: work procedures, collective protection measures adopted, instruments, materials and tools used, in addition to personal protective equipment, and collective protective equipment used in the commissioning tests . From the analysis sought to raise compliance and non-compliance of such activity, and propose changes and improvements related to safety.
