Análise da necessidade da implementação de treinamento de segurança do trabalho como sistema de integração de trabalhadores em atividades de construção civil

Abstract

The research presented aims to verify the need of safety work training for new employees beginning in a engineering company, before starting work on their functions. This training is commonly known as "Integration of Safety Work", consists of a period in which each new employee will receive information about the company's security procedures and the risks involved in its function. So he will start working knowing about the risks of their activity and prevention methods that can and must to be used. Another objective of this training is to create a culture of prevention in the company by transferring information before new employees begin their work. Assuming that each company has its own risks, depending on your product made or services provides. To develop the study was conducted preliminary field research with 25 employed to verify the need for training and what level of knowledge of respondents have of safety work. This research showed that most part of the workers, had a huge deficiency in information concerning safety work, because they did not participated in admission training with focus in accident prevention. The second research was applied to a group of 10 professionals after receiving the training, identifying the results and advances that brings this action for employees. After obtained these results, I conclud that admission training was effective for the workers researched, considering for example, that over 75% of workers, consider themselves able to contribute to the prevention of accidents.
