Análise de riscos em uma fábrica de artefatos de cimento

Abstract

This paper presents a risk analysis in cement factory artifacts. Identifies and analyzes the existent risks in the chosen factory. The methodology adopted was a field visit, which were performed for the identification of risks and collecting both quantitative and qualitative data related to each risk. The study discusses, in the sequence, about the identification of the enterprise’s risks, starting point of the study. Also reports the findings of qualitative and quantitative measurements originated from the field visits. Discusses and evaluates the collected data, in order to divide them into compliance points or situations that require corrective or preventive measures. Finally, this monograph presents the realized evaluations results. Considers that the presence of physical, chemical, ergonomic and accident risks can cause damage to the health and safety of local employers. Infers that the enterprise's current configuration of equipment, installations and labor routine, contribute to the occurrence of occupational accidents and diseases. Concludes that it is indispensable the adoption of measures to improve the environmental conditions.
