Abstract

Safety in construction is a subject often overlooked , which ends up causing more accidents and dangerous situations . For constructive Tilt -up system skilled labor and qualified is required , which is tricky to find nowadays . Therefore this research has the specific objective of assessing accident at the construction of a logistics condominium in the lifting process in reinforced concrete panels , diagnose causes of the accident , in this process , targeting the acquisition of shares , corrective and preventive actions related to safety of employees involved in the activities and to prevent material damage to the company . For this study, field visits were conducted to monitor the construction system , and evaluate the lifting of panels of reinforced concrete, through the assembly process in situ . We searched metal parts, equipment, methodology executive involved in constructive tilt-up system in order to diagnose the probable causes of the event . The result found was the internal oxidation of the lift , which caused the accident , causing changes in the positioning of the crane at the time of lifting equipment to stay out of the radius of insecurity Wall Tilt -up if there was a drop and use the lift plate , which is a more robust piece and offers greater resistance , case supervision apparent that the lift presents insecurity.
