Elaboração de planilha para avaliação de ventilação do posto de trabalho

Abstract

As a result of the risks that the environments present, the search for comfort and quality of internal air need for studies about efficiency of ventilation. The ventilation is important to always keep the air quality and remove odors, heat and substances that cause discomfort or risk. To determine the health and safety of the environment is important to use tools that help to find parameters accurately and quickly, and be easy to use. This paper discusses a tool designed to assess conditions in industrial that may cause discomfort and risk. The tool is a worksheet that uses macro features and visual basic (VBA) to improve the interface and facilitate the understanding of the user, which is both an experienced engineer, as a novice engineer. The worksheet created aims to aid in ventilation studies. It determines mainly flows that are needed to create a healthy work environment. To determine their scientific validity and its functionality has been prepared interviews with graduates of the Specialization Course in Occupational Safety Engineering, Federal Technological University of Paraná and experts in the field of ventilation. The worksheet was prepared in 3 separate tabs, which follow a sequential order as presented bibliography and showed satisfaction for a group of users who tested. The majority of respondents praised and saw a great potential. The worksheet has been corrected and has satisfactory result to assessment risk and comfort.
