Métodos de apoio à tomada de decisão aplicados no planejamento da expansão da matriz de energia elétrica: uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

Significant progress has been verified in the last years to characterize and model the problem of decision making in the electric energy area, considering the inclusion of institutional, political, technical, ecological, social, economic and sustainable aspects. Nevertheless, less attention has been paid to externalities valuation in the energy planning. Based on this framework, the main objective of this work is to provide a literature review, considering the appplication of multi-criteria methods in decisions problems. Second, to characterize the methods of multicriteria aid to the decision. Third, the analysis is focused in finding the methods used in literature, in the regions with the greatest number of applications and the application area of the methods. Moreover, throughout this review it is expected to show the main gaps related to the electric power generation expansion planning considering the criterias technical, enviromental, social and economic . The suggested framework is aimed to provide the identification of different approaches in context of planning energy decision-making process.
