| Resumo: | Motivado pela presença maciça de imigrantes haitianos residentes na região de Pato Branco – PR, este trabalho tem como tema principal levantar dados sobre o processo de aquisição/aprendizagem da língua portuguesa por imigrantes haitianos. Mais especificamente, pretendeu-se apresentar um quadro das dificuldades fonético/fonológicas que os informantes costumam apresentar, visto os distintos fonemas encontrados no crioulo haitiano e português. Para isso, foram elaborados três instrumentos capazes de auxiliar na coleta de fala de seis imigrantes haitianos que, aceitando participar da pesquisa voluntariamente, juntamente com o aporte de estudiosos e teóricos da área, proporcionaram os dados que fundamentaram a análise deste trabalho. A partir disso e com os dados do Questionário Sociolinguístico preenchido pelos participantes da pesquisa, foram feitas considerações a fim de elucidar as causas e possibilidades de trocas de fonemas que os haitianos apresentaram no momento da fala coletada. Como resultado principal chegou-se a conclusão de que o tempo de estadia em um país estrangeiro não é sempre o fator que determina a fluência na Língua Adicional. Além disso, foi constatado que a troca de l por r é o fenômeno mais recorrente em suas falas. |
| Abstract: | Motivated by the massive presence of Haitian immigrants living in the region of Pato Branco - PR, this work has as main theme to collect data on the process of acquisition/learning of the Portuguese language by Haitian immigrants. More specifically, it was intended to present a picture of the phonetic/phonological difficulties that the informants usually present, considering the different phonemes found in the Haitian Creole and Portuguese. For this, three instruments were developed capable of assisting in the speech collection of six Haitian immigrants who, accepting to participate in the research voluntarily, together with the contribution of scholars and theorists of the area, provided the data that substantiated the analysis of this work. From this and with the data of the Sociolinguistic Questionnaire completed by the participants of the research, considerations were made in order to elucidate the causes and possibilities of exchanges of phonemes that the Haitians presented at the moment of the speech collected. As a main result it was concluded that the length of stay in a foreign country is not always the factor that determines the fluency in the Additional Language. In addition, it was found that the exchange of l by r is the most recurrent phenomenon in his speeches. |
