| Resumo: | Sob o prisma da pós-modernidade e dos estudos Interartes, esta monografia tem como objetivo estudar duas obras, o roteiro intitulado Donnie Darko (1997), escrito por Richard Kelly, e a obra cinematográfica homônima, dirigida também por Kelly (2001). Com vistas a analisar de que forma ocorreu à transposição do roteiro para a obra fílmica, assim como de que forma os intertextos e outros recursos, tanto literário quanto cinematográfico, auxiliam na interpretação da obra. A metodologia utilizada foi de cunho comparativista, baseando-se em fontes críticos teóricas, com base nas teorias da adaptação, pós-modernismo e elementos da narrativa. Sendo assim, seguindo essa perspectiva, a análise deste trabalho apresenta a importância dos estudos entre literatura e cinema, assim como a forma que a poética do pós-modernismo influencia na construção dos textos. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios, pois foram identificados intertextos pertinentes, assim como características pós-modernas nas duas obras. |
| Abstract: | From the perspective of postmodernity and Interarts studies, this monograph aims at studying two works: the screenplay titled Donnie Darko (1997) written by Richard Kelly, and the cinematographic work by the same name, also directed by Kelly (2001). With a view to analyzing the way in which the script was transposed to the film work, as well as how the intertexts and other resources, both literary and cinematographic, help in the interpretation of the work. The methodology used was of a comparative nature, based on critical theoretical sources, based on theories of adaptation, postmodernism and elements of the narrative. Thus, by following this perspective, the analysis of this work presents the importance of studies between literature and cinema, as well as the way that the poetics of postmodernism influences the construction of texts. The results obtained were satisfactory, since relevant intertexts were identified, as well as postmodern characteristics in the two works. |
