Viabilidade técnica-econômica do uso de lâmpadas LED nas salas de aulas da UTFPR câmpus Medianeira

Abstract

This study aimed to verify the feasibility of replacing the fluorescent lighting system currently installed in classrooms and laboratories of the UTFPR campus Medianeira for a lighting system composed of LED lamps. Initially it was made the collection of data required for the project, it was found the area of the classrooms, wall colors, ceiling and floor, current amount of lamps and the power of the lighting system installed in blocks H, I, J and L. Following was performed lighting project to determine the amount of LED lamps for each classroom. It was found the total number of classes taught weekly among all the courses on campus to determine the time of use of lighting. The current system spends R$ 4,792.16 per month on electricity, and the new system would spend R$ 3,881.77. Even with an economy of 19% the system are uneconomic because the payback is higher than the lifetime of the considered lamps.
