Percepção ambiental da coleta seletiva no colégio municipal e estadual em um município de pequeno porte da região oeste do Paraná

Abstract

The implementation of a selective collection system is a large and important strategy that involves environmental, social and economic issues. In this context, this study aims to research, survey and data analysis and subsequent implementation of the system of collection at the Municipal and State College in Pato Bragado in the western state of Parana. The research had as its object of study for students 5th to 8th grade and high school, the theme discussed was the environmental awareness of students. The methodology included a survey, collect and analyzes data through questionnaires showed that the perception and knowledge of where these students responded that they are supporters or not the system of selective collection and even the form of separation and disposal of waste generated in school. Through the study results and in locus students were presented a lecture and there was the deployment of the school. There is great concern on the part of students with respect to packaging and final disposal of solid waste and note that they are willing to contribute to ongoing improvements in this environment.
