Estudos preliminares para determinação de pesticidas em águas subterrâneas por cromatografia liquida de alta eficiência com detecção de arranjo de diodos (CLAE-DAD)

Abstract

This research aimed to develop an analytical methodology for determination of pesticides of the carbamates class in groundwater using High Performance Liquid Chromatography technique with Diode Array Detector (HPLC-DAD). For the development of the proposed methodology was used a Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (UHPLC) equipped with DAD detector this equipment can be used as it allows the concentrations of the compounds to be checked through the areas presented in chromatographs. For sample and reference solutions a preliminary step of pre-concentration is required an extraction system using solid phase. For the determination of pesticides by HPLC-DAD, some influence parameters have been adjusted and set, for example, the type of mobile phase and the mobile phase flow. The external calibration resulted in linearity only for the analytes aldicarb sulfoxide, aldicarb, carbaryl and methiocarb with work ranges from 10.0; 10.0; 0.5 and 1.0 g L-1, respectively. The limits of detection obtained were suitable for pesticide determinations as the maximum permissible values of the Ordinance 2914 of the Ministry of Health.
