Folder informativo para práticas pedagógicas inclusivas: uma ferramenta didática sobre alunos surdos e com deficiência auditiva

Abstract

In Brazil, inclusive education has been a challenge for the school community, especially for teachers in the classroom, as they still lack theoretical and pedagogical understandings for the dissemination of knowledge, in order to provide all students with the same opportunities. Given the above, the objective of this work was to identify the training needs of high school teachers in regular education. With the application of a dissertation questionnaire regarding inclusive education and based on the answers of the research participants, an analysis was carried out to identify the main experiences mentioned, and most of the answers indicated that they have a greater experience in the inclusion of Deaf students and hearing impaired. Subsequently there was the development of the information material in folder format as an aid to the teacher in the inclusive practice regarding the attendance of this target audience. The folder was delivered to the participants, who had one week to do their reading and finally, another questionnaire was applied to verify if the material developed contributed to meet the training needs of the participating teachers and the results obtained show that the folder was perceived as having a simple, clear and objective language and that the participants liked the material, in addition to considering the matter important and necessary.
