Estudo da manufatura de indústria produtora de artefatos de cimento e proposta de melhoria visando fluxo produtivo

Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze a production line productivity of a concrete bricks manufacturer company, to propose viable solutions to solve a problem found in it. Initially it is presented an overview of the civil construction industry’s scenario, briefly introducing the company studied and its production processes. To support the analysis were chosen Quality Management and Production Management tools, which are broadly disseminated at the Mechanical Engeneering course. Due to the ease and to the previous knowledge, the quality tools chosen were Pareto’s Chart, Ishikawa’s Chart, PDCA, 5W2H, 5 Why, Brainstorming, Benchmarking and chronoanalysis. Through the use of the tools, it was found the parts with greatly financial feedback. Then it was studied each process of the fabrication chain, whereas its times and loads involved. guided the execution of this work. With the problem as defined as can be, were obtained the possible solutions. Lastly the pros and cons are discussed for each alternative and then the Best choice is presented with the justifications and the expected effects with its application.
